Just as no two projects are the same, so too are no two fee proposals ever the same, varying depending on factors such as the complexity of the work, significance of the heritage asset, and scale of the proposed development.

In all cases, a detailed fee proposal and scope of works is provided at the outset, as well as an expected turnaround time, assuming the designs progress accordingly. Should there be any further anticipated costs, such as local authority approval fees or Historic Environment Record search and license costs, these will also be clearly outlined in the proposal and agreed prior to instruction. No chargable work will ever be undertaken without express prior approval from the client or their agent, ensuring that there are no unwelcome surprises when it comes time for invoicing.
