Who We Are
Director & Heritage Consultant
Tiffany is the Director of Blue Willow Heritage, having founded the company following over a decade of work in the historic environment sector. She is a fully accredited member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists at their highest level (MCIfA), a full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC), and also serves as a Trustee of The Victorian Society. Key interests and experience include design advice, retrofit of historic buildings, Victorian architecture, and the sustainable conversion of traditional agricultural buildings. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys travelling, arts & crafts, and raising her many pets, including two dogs, two cats, and three snakes.

Heritage Consultant
A professional heritage consultant with experience working on and providing advice for a diverse range of projects from small scale residential developments to large scale renewable schemes, across the UK. Sophie has a particular interest in Georgian architecture, as well as industrial archaeology, including the sympathetic conversion of industrial structures, serving as both a Trustee of the York Georgian Society as well as an Assistant Historic Buildings Representative for the City of York and its Environs. Outside of work, Sophie is an avid Latin and Ballroom Dancer, competing regularly at both a regional and national level.

Assistant Heritage Consultant
Ailsa is a professional heritage consultant. Having graduated with an MA in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of York, she has extensive experience in planning policy, the management of heritage assets, and archaeological projects. Her key interests include rural farmsteads, GIS spatial analysis, and landscape archaeology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time learning creative writing and photography.
