We have been fortunate to work on some brilliant schemes, both as lead consultants and as part of a wider design team. From small-scale alterations in family homes to large-scale redevelopment of sensitive heritage sites, each project presents its own unique challenges, but those can bring about opportunities, too. Victoria Hall, South Shields, Tyne & Wear

Heritage Consultancy for a de-listing project on a Grade II listed but badly fire damaged former dance hall, which was proposed to be demolished and replaced.

Apperley Farm, Stocksfield, Northumberland

Heritage Consultancy on a Class Q conversion for change of use from an agricultural barn into a residential dwelling, within close proximity to several Grade II listed buildings.

1 Ralph Road, Staveley, Derbyshire

Heritage Consultancy for a replacement dwelling, involving the demolition of a non-designated heritage asset and a complex programme of archaeological mitigation works.
